The window does not hold all the snapshots it expected, so its label names the days actually observed rather than calling itself a full seven or thirty days. A seven-day name needs the whole calendar span and at least six observed days; a thirty-day name needs the whole span and at least four fifths of the days. Missing snapshots are left missing and never interpolated.

It does not say anyone broke a rule. A price that did not move is not evidence of a missing report or of a breach of the reporting rules.
It does not promise a saving. A difference between two area medians is a description of history, not a forecast of what you would pay.
It does not cover a collection we did not make. A repeated file does not add a day. Each page states how many scheduled collections were made and how many distinct publisher releases they hold.
